I'm writing this review as a warning, stemming from my absolutely terrible recent shopping experience with Shreve & Co. I had a significant special order for an IWC watch, and what I was told would be a Late Spring 2022 delivery turned into a nightmare. My sales representative, Nu, was terrible to work with. She was unable to attain the watch even by Late Spring 2022, and it arrived months late—Early November 2022, a full year after I initially expected it. With all the things happening in the world, I am very unhappy it arrived much later than promised. She never kept me up to date on the order, and I constantly felt left unattended and ignored. This complete lack of communication and punctuality compelled me to leave this review and seek clarification from customer service.
Customer: Hi, I'm calling about order number 12345. I am extremely frustrated with the service I've received, especially regarding the IWC watch I ordered. It's now November 2022, and it was promised for last spring!
